All Formfac products are printed individually for each order. As such, they are considered custom-made. Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16), custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

We offer a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item or size was delivered

• There is a printing or production error

• The order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after ordering

• You selected the wrong size, design, or color

• The package is delayed due to customs or local delivery issues

• The delivery address provided was incorrect
